Dietician Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced dietician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing nutritional counseling and education to patients, developing and implementing dietary plans, and monitoring patient progress.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients' nutritional needs and develop individualized dietary plans
- Provide nutritional counseling and education to patients and their families
- Monitor patients' progress and adjust dietary plans as needed
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Stay current with the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field
- Registered Dietician (RD) certification
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
