This position works with three senior family law attorneys and an excellent professional staff. Requirements
Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school
Member of the Arizona State Bar in good standing or the ability to gain reciprocal admission within 30 days of employment offer
Practicing a minimum of 1 year in family law, preferably in Arizona
Experience with dissolution, post-decree modifications, child custody, parenting agreements, and paternity
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and a commitment to excellent client service and work-product
Case management
Excellent research and technical skills
Negotiation skills
Experience with settlement conferences and mediations
Developing and delivering case strategy
Excellent persuasive writing skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
