Manages restaurant's food, labor, paper costs and other controllable expenses
Executes Company policies and procedures for the control of cash, property, product and equipment as a Restaurant Manager
Manages, directs, and monitors Shift Supervisors and Crew Members to achieve Quality Service and Cleanliness goals, and supports total store "Service Excellence" on assigned shifts.
Executes the restaurant's Human Resources programs for crew employees. Manages crew employees in a manner that maximizes retention. Works with General Manager and Co-Manager to achieve proper staffing levels. Interviews and recommends candidates for selection. Works with General Manager, Co-Manager and local HR staff to communicate Speak Up process.
Provides proper training for Shift Supervisors and Crew Members through established systems and follows through to ensure compliance with Company standards.
Manages restaurant to ensure proper execution of and compliance with Company policies and procedures on assigned shifts. Anticipates and identifies problems and initiates appropriate corrective action.
Performs other job-related duties as may be assigned or required as a Restaurant Manager
