- 10/14 7 am - 7 pm, 7 am - 3 pm
- 10/15 7 am - 3 pm
- 10/17 7 am - 7 pm
- 10/24 7 am - 3 pm
- 11/1 7 am - 7 pm
- 11/18 7 am - 7 pm
- 11/29 7 am - 7 pm
- 12/26 7 am - 7 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm
Schedule
- Shifts will vary 8, 10, 12s
Clinical Details
- 11 in Main OR, 2 in Ambulatory Center
- 50 - 60 Cases Per Day
- Comprised of Ortho, Ortho Trauma, General, General Trauma, Spine, Neuro, Cath Lab, Ambulatory and Endo
Requirements
- Board Certified
- Active AZ license or IMLC in Hand
- Active DEA
- BLS or ACLS
- Must have recent Hospital experience
Call
- No call
EMR
- Cerner and SaAnesthesia
