We are seeking a dynamic Salon Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the beauty industry and possess exceptional leadership skills. This is a chance to build a business in a high volume setting.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily salon operations, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction
- Manage and lead a team of stylists, estheticians, and other salon staff
- Train and mentor staff on the latest trends, techniques, and products
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Maintain salon cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Previous experience in salon management or store management
- Proficiency in MINDBODY software or similar salon management systems
- Strong knowledge of color theory, retail sales, and front desk operations
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Active Costmetology license
