ICON International is seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to join our Ad Platforms team as an Ad Operations Associate. In this role, you'll be instrumental in the successful launch and execution of digital campaigns for our top clients.
While experience in ad operations is not necessary, a passion for learning and a keen interest in digital media are important. We offer comprehensive training and support to help you build a strong foundation in campaign management, ad serving, and the broader digital advertising landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Provide essential support in the set-up, management, and execution of digital campaigns.
- Ad Serving Proficiency: Develop a deep understanding of ad serving technologies, primarily Google Campaign Manager, through hands-on training and experience.
- Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Actively monitor campaign performance to ensure campaigns deliver against key performance indicators (KPIs) and targeting parameters. Review daily reports, troubleshoot creative and publisher-related issues, and collaborate with necessary parties to resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of operational processes, support systems, and communication channels.
Ideal candidate:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
