Responsibilities
- Develop and design email and social media marketing campaigns
- Write content for blogs, email campaigns, social media posts, and other marketing materials
- Conduct digital ads on Google and on social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, etc.
- Create and optimize ad campaigns and paid search landing pages
- Use Google analytics to analyze website traffic and recommend ways to enhance the performance
- Collaborate with other marketers and other related departments on brand, campaign strategy and new service/feature launch
- Understand the goal, audience and message of the company’s marketing plan and conduct digital marketing campaigns accordingly
- Conduct market research in the online marketplace industry
- Monitor and report on the company's marketing performance
- Monitor and report on digital marketing trends, policy, and applications
Preferred Qualifications
- Marketing Tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads
- Marketing Analytics experience
- E-commerce marketing experience
- Brand marketing experience
Required Qualifications
- At least 3+ years related professional-corporate experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in digital marketing
- At least 3+ years of experience in managing social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and content creation
- Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines and strong time management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Pay Range
The pay range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $54,000 - $72,000 (yr); base pay offered may vary "within the range" depending on job-related knowledge, skills and experience.
A full range of medical, 401(k), and/or other benefits on the position will be offered on top of your base pay. Base pay information is based on market location. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations.
