PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES
Digital Marketing/Website
- Review and audit websites (Retail & Foodservice) for content updates as needed
- Manage changes needed for website content
- Complete website content updates as needed
- Assist with social media projects
Retail & Foodservice Marketing Projects
- Provide support in the execution of contractual elements with corporate sponsorships
- Assist with Retail & Foodservice marketing plan execution as needed
- Assist with general administrative marketing duties (graphics requests, various forms, etc.)
Event Planning & Execution
- Contribute to the planning, preparation and execution of the Red Gold Annual Chili Cookoff
- Assist in planning and preparation of foodservice tradeshows
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in marketing, communications, or special events
- In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, X, Instagram, Pinterest, and TikTok
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and learn new skills quickly
- Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Power Point, Excel and Outlook
- Pleasant and active personality
