Responsibilities: - Seek new business opportunities by prospecting new carriers and strengthening relationships with current ones through negotiating rates and closing deals in an open transactional selling environment.
- Embrace the fast-paced work environment and take ownership of the freight by thinking critically and making quick decisions to manage freight pick up and ensure on time delivery.
- Collaborate with winning teams across the organization and maintain an ongoing trailer pool balance in each market to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Promote our state-of-the-art technology by coaching carriers on how to use our digital tools to fulfill their business initiatives.
Skills and qualifications: - Can manage multiple priorities while working with minimal direction.
- Have outstanding communication skills and strong attention to detail.
- Excited to sell digital solutions to carriers and show them how using our state-of-the-art technology can help them improve their business.
