The role you ll contribute:
To perform diagnostic imaging procedures per physicians' orders to the highest level of quality possible and with a strong focus on patient care.
The value you ll bring to the team:
Assists team members to maintain quality patient care.
Assists radiologist/physicians, when needed.
Attends hospital and department meetings.
Complies with The Joint Commission requirements related to their duties.
Complies with regulations under the HIPAA law.
Demonstrates knowledge of hospital policies related to emergencies.
Demonstrates organized approach to daily workload.
Document and report any patient incident or report of concern in a prompt and timely manner.
Documents as appropriate in patients' electronic medical record. (PACS, Cerner, other)
Establish factors to produce quality images.
Qualifications
The expertise and experiences you ll need to succeed:
Academic & Clinical training in Radiology technology
Minimum of a High School Diploma or Equivalent
State of Florida License in Certified Radiologic Technologist
BLS
ARRT
