The Role:
On behalf of our client, a leading manufacturer in Middleburg Heights, OH, we're seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic Marketing Assistant to support marketing and administrative efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage & update marketing databases & CRM systems (PIM a plus).
- Craft engaging social media content
- Help develop & execute marketing campaigns (all channels).
- Manage & maintain marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, website).
- Coordinate with vendors & agencies for projects & materials.
- Provide administrative support (scheduling, travel, expenses).
- Analyze marketing data & reports using Google Analytics (experience a plus).
- Stay updated on marketing trends & technologies.
- Create and maintain monthly marcomm reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Marketing/Communications or similar.
- 3+ years' experience in marketing or administration (preferred).
- Strong written & verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organization & time management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
