They are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive awareness, generate leads, and accelerate product adoption. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within data or business intelligence related enterprise software and SaaS environments

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across digital, traditional, event marketing, social media, and email channels to achieve business objectives.
- Campaign Management: Design and manage marketing campaigns tailored for B2B audiences, including content marketing, digital marketing, events, and webinars.
- Go-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute plans for new product launches, coordinating efforts across channels and teams.
- Lead Generation: Develop lead generation and nurturing strategies to move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the sales team to create tools and resources that effectively communicate product value.
- Content Development: Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing collateral and ensure brand consistency.
- Email Marketing: Set up and optimize email automation workflows, design templates, and track performance.
- Social Media: Develop and execute social media strategies to increase engagement and brand awareness.
- Events: Organize and support events to enhance direct engagement with the target audience.
- SEO: Optimize website content for SEO to drive organic traffic and improve conversion rates.
- Technology Proficiency: Leverage marketing tools, including CRM systems and marketing automation platforms, to optimize campaigns.
- Performance Metrics: Establish KPIs, track data, and continuously improve campaign performance through data-driven insights.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
- 7+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with expertise in demand generation, digital marketing, and go-to-market strategies.
- 5+ years in marketing function for B2B SaaS Companies, ideally in data or business intelligence.
- Passion for innovation, AI products, and startup environments.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
- Broad knowledge across all marketing areas, with a strong understanding of sales enablement strategies, B2B buying process, PLG motions, and ad campaigns driving customer acquisition.
- Track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies for new product launches.
- Strong understanding of the full marketing mix, experience executing integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns, and leveraging marketing analytics to measure performance.
- Analytical mindset, using metrics to make data-driven decisions to improve marketing strategies.
- Advanced, hands-on proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, MarTech & data analytics tools.
- Exceptional project management, organizational, collaboration and communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and executive presentation skills with an eye for visual presentation, and a track record of delivering world-class marketing and sales assets into the Enterprise space.
- A self-starter, intellectually curious and able to work with data to support rationale for activities.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field; MBA is a plus.
