We are seeking a a highly organized and dynamic Markeing Assitant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing assigned marketing projects across thre distinct companies (Brown Equipment Company, American Grease and Septic, and Hydromax Plumbing).
This role requires a proactive individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can manage multipe competing deadlines efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Design graphic content, including marketing materials, social media graphics, and promotional items.
- Create and manage all published content (images, video, written, and audio) across various social media platforms.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop detailed marketing project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
- Assist in the development and distribution of marketing material
- Coordinate and manage events, tradeshows, promotions, and other activities.
- Contribute ideas for improving marketing standards and processes
- Develop and maintain a professional relationship with vendors, clients and internal staff
- Company apparel inventory
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 3 years experience in graphic design and social media content creation
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
Skills
- Strong organizations skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in graphic design software to include Adobe Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
