Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing and executing strategic marketing plans, increasing our visibility, and driving growth within the healthcare sector. This role is essential for expanding our reach and ensuring our services are known and accessible to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our palliative and hospice care services.
- Facilitate collaborative partnerships by actively engaging with healthcare providers and community organizations to establish collaborative partnerships aimed at enhancing service delivery and patient care outcomes.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistency across all departments.
- Build and maintain relationships with key healthcare stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and achieve goals.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually improve marketing efforts.
- Lead the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, including digital marketing, social media, print, and community outreach.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing leadership role within the healthcare sector.
