Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
- Content Development: Create engaging content for various channels.
- Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and enhance brand awareness.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals.
- Market Research: Identify trends and opportunities.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external partners.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns.
- On-campus presence required 3 days per week.
