Position: Paid Search Manager
Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented Paid Search Manager to lead our paid search initiatives and drive outstanding results. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing and optimizing paid search campaigns, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for achieving measurable success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management: Develop, execute, and manage paid search campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and others.
- Strategy & Optimization: Conduct keyword research, create compelling ad copy, and optimize bidding strategies to maximize ROI.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to generate insights and make data-driven decisions.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, highlighting key metrics and recommendations.
- Budget Management: Oversee the paid search budget, ensuring efficient allocation and optimal spending.
- Collaboration: Work closely with SEO, content, and design teams to align paid search strategies with overall marketing goals.
- Industry Trends: Stay current with industry trends, new advertising technologies, and best practices to keep campaigns ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience managing paid search campaigns, with a proven track record of success.
- Skills: Proficiency in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Google Analytics; strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Certifications: Google Ads certification is preferred but not required.
Position Details:
- Time: Full-time, 40+ hours/week (9am-5pm), in person at our Boston Seaport office.
- Compensation: $75,000 - $120,000 annually.
- Leave: Requests for time off must be made with advanced notice.
