United Recovery Project is seeking a compassionate and highly skilled group facilitator who can provide engaging group therapy and timely documentation on the KIPU platform. Our ideal group facilitator candidate should possess a profound understanding of mental health disorders and possess the necessary expertise and empathy to excel in this environment. Core Responsibilities of the Group Facilitator
- Demonstrates knowledge of mental health studies and utilizes knowledge and skills to access and meet the client's treatment needs and requirements.
- Documents as required in EMR system within 24 hours of providing groups.
- Performs in a professional manner and role models a positive image of mental health.
- Reports abuse of clients' rights immediately.
- Maintains guidelines of HIPPA and client confidentiality.
- Reporting Suicidality/Homicide of a patient based to their job position.
- Reporting and responding to issues of Trauma of a patient based on their job position.
Pay Range $75 to $100 hourly commensurate with experience.

Requirements:
Qualifications of the Group Facilitator
- Masters Degree required
- Valid license as a mental health professional, including LMHC, LCSW and LMFT preferred.
- Minimum of two years experience working in primary Mental Health/Psych domain strongly preferred.
- Possess passion and compassion for patient care.
- Proficiency in KIPU preferred.
- Exemplary documentation skills required.
- CPR and First Aid certification
- Applicants are required to successfully clear a Level 2 Background check.
