Provide leadership and support for site core processes by managing the lifecycle of assets, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, and functional locations. Ensure data integrity and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with IT, Reliability team, and Global Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to identify opportunities, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and implement system changes to avoid downtime. Support the implementation of continuous improvement actions related to data management and maintenance processes. Consistently meet site needs within the boundaries of compliance, quality, time, and budget. Foster a culture of continuous improvement by collaborating with various stakeholders, including IT, Reliability, and Value Stream SMEs. Drive innovation, reduce waste, and enhance plant efficiency. Ensure current Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures are integrated and followed in all activities. Be instrumental to the overall success of the Value Streams by ensuring effective data management and communication. Complete maintenance activities in a timely manner and adhere to CMMS (SAP S4/HANA) systems and policies.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the lifecycle of assets, work orders, maintenance plans, task lists, functional locations, etc., including creation, updates, deactivation, and decommissioning.
Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal guidelines.
Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs for CMMS (SAP S4/HANA) users.
Revise and update maintenance and metrology Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and data processing forms as needed.
Participate in global Subject Matter Expert meetings to discuss and implement system changes.
Engage in Global Service Incident meetings to address system issues and mitigate potential deviations.
Act as the primary data custodian liaison for the assigned Value Stream, ensuring effective communication and data management.
Collaborate with IT to test and validate new CMMS features in a sandbox environment.
Manage user access in CMMS, ensuring adherence to role-specific criteria and security protocols.
Partner with the Reliability team to measure, analyze, and report on site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Create and deliver impactful presentations to various stakeholders.
Lead projects aimed at improving data quality and enhancing plant efficiency.
Test the Work Manager application to ensure efficiency and improved functionality.
Implement AI and automation tools to streamline and enhance day-to-day operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within a pharmaceutical environment.
SAP Certification highly preferred.
Exceptional communication skills for effective interaction with customers, design teams, contractors, and management.
Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Strong problem-solving, technical learning, time management, and prioritization skills.
Thorough understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) and manufacturing operations in an FDA-regulated facility.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Teams, Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
Experience with SAP S4/HANA, Veeva Quality Vault, GDRS, and Docusign preferred.
Experience with Artificial Intelligence tools (Joule, Copilot, or ChatGPT) is a plus.
Experience in scripting, coding, and utilizing SAP functions such as batch uploads and queries strongly preferred.
