Job Title: Copywriter

Job Description:
Position Overview: We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter to craft compelling and effective copy for our marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supporting various copy needs across retail, paid social, organic social, channel marketing, and direct-to-consumer campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop engaging and persuasive copy for a variety of channels, including paid social ads, organic social media posts, email campaigns, landing pages, product descriptions, and other marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create cohesive and impactful messaging that aligns with our brand voice and strategy.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency across all communications.
- Support the creation and execution of content strategies for channel marketing and direct-to-consumer initiatives.
- Conduct research to understand our target audience, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform and enhance copywriting efforts.
- Work closely with designers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that copy is integrated seamlessly into all marketing materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of copy to continually optimize and improve engagement and conversion rates.
Key Proficiencies:
- Copywriting: Demonstrated ability to write clear, compelling, and persuasive copy tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Proofreading: Excellent attention to detail and proficiency in grammar, punctuation, and style to ensure high-quality, error-free content.
- Supporting All Things Copy: Versatility in supporting various copy needs, from short-form social media posts to long-form content and everything in between.
Experience:
- Paid Social: Experience creating copy for paid social media campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, and others.
- Organic Social: Proven ability to craft engaging content for organic social media channels, driving engagement and brand awareness.
- Channel Marketing: Experience developing copy for channel marketing efforts, including partnerships and collaborations with other brands or platforms.
- Direct to Consumer: Knowledge of direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and the ability to create persuasive copy that drives sales and customer loyalty.
- Consumer Electronics or Tech Brand Experience (a plus): Prior experience working with a consumer electronics or technology brand is highly desirable and will be considered an advantage.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in the consumer electronics or tech industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of copywriting projects and achievements.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using content management systems (CMS) and social media platforms.
- Portfolio of work and writing assignments will be required during the interview process.
