Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Programs and Strategy Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in educational research, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This role involves a balanced mix of proposal writing, social media management, client-facing project work, and business development activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proposal Writing (30%)
- Research and identify funding opportunities relevant to our services and mission.
- Collaborate with team members to develop compelling proposals and grant applications.
- Ensure proposals are tailored to the specific needs and guidelines of each potential client or funder.
- Social Media (20%)
- Collaborate with the marketing team to lead a strategic social media plan to enhance our online presence and engagement.
- Create and curate content for various social media platforms.
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven adjustments.
- Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Learning Design & Research (30%)
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored curriculum, training, and/or research solutions.
- Develop educational materials, reports, and presentations based on research findings.
- Provide ongoing support and consultation to clients throughout the project lifecycle.
- Business Development (20%)
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials and presentations for potential clients.
- Attend industry conferences, webinars, and networking events to promote our services and establish relationships.
- Maintain a pipeline of potential clients and track business development activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Social Sciences, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in educational research, curriculum development, or a related area.
- Strong writing and communication skills with experience in proposal writing.
- Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
