The National Health Service Core (NHSC) Loan Repayment Program is open to licensed primary care medical, dental, and mental and behavioral health providers who are employed by accredited sites.

Title Pay Range:
Compensation is based on the level and requirements of the role. Salary within our ranges may also be determined by your education and experience as required by the role, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. Typically, new team members join at the minimum to mid salary range.
Salary: $24.72 - $30.90 DOE

LPN Summary: Join our compassionate Adult Intensive Services team as an LPN! Here, you'll be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team dedicated to providing exceptional care to our clients. You'll work under the guidance of a psychiatrist and contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment.
LPN Education:Must meet the following qualifications:
- Must be licensed as an LPN in the state of Oregon.
LPN Responsibilities:
- Provides support to Psychiatric Providers or Clinical Therapists, which may include transcription of notes, filing, scheduling of appointments, telephone contact with clients and community partners, contacting insurance companies, and other support duties, as needed.
- Assesses and documents vital signs, weight, height, side effects from medications, and responses to medications.
- Provides education to patients & family on medications.
- Elicits history and information from the patient/family in an efficient manner while forming a therapeutic alliance with the patient and family.
- Maintains medication samples and works with pharmaceutical representatives to provide appropriate stock of sample medications.
- Interacts with clinical and administrative staff as liaison for Psychiatric Providers to provide information and address basic requests/needs on behalf of the providers.
- Coordinate and consult with PCP, medical specialists, hospitals, rehabilitation programs and other services on behalf of clients.
- Provides basic nursing assessment and care for minor illness or injury in support of other KBBH programs, as needed.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:Valid Oregon driver's license, clean driving record. Personal automobile insurance is required if clients are transported, or any agency business is conducted by the employee using his/her personal vehicle. Must possess an active LPN Nursing license in the State of Oregon.
