Job Description : RoseMark Advisors is seeking an ambitious and results-driven Financial Advisor specializing in life insurance sales to join our team in Bohemia. This role emphasizes expertise in life insurance products and the ability to transition clients into comprehensive financial planning relationships. This is a full time, in office position.
Responsibilities :
Foster strong client relationships built on trust and integrity.
Prospect, educate, and advise clients on the importance of life insurance in their financial portfolio.
Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate life insurance solutions tailored to clients' individual circumstances and goals.
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed life insurance sales targets.
Transition life insurance clients into comprehensive financial planning clients by demonstrating the value of holistic financial planning.
Collaborate with other advisors and support staff to deliver a seamless client experience.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and regulatory developments related to life insurance and financial planning.
Ensure all client interactions and transactions comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
Life insurance license (Series 6 and 63 preferred).
Minimum of 2 years of experience in life insurance sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of various life insurance products, including term, whole life, universal life, and annuities.
Ability to articulate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.
Proven ability to build trust and maintain strong client relationships.
