Job Description:
As a Paid Digital Marketing Specialist specializing in Google PPC and Meta Advertising, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and maximize conversions. Your primary focus will be on managing and optimizing PPC campaigns across Google Ads platforms and Meta (formerly Facebook) advertising, with a strong emphasis on engaging potential customers and converting them into leads for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic paid digital marketing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta platforms, including search, display, and retargeting campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research, ad copy creation, and ad group structuring to optimize PPC campaigns for maximum ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and optimize bidding strategies to improve campaign effectiveness and drive conversions.
- Utilize audience segmentation and retargeting techniques to re-engage website visitors and nurture leads through the sales funnel.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creative, landing pages, and other assets to support digital marketing campaigns.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to continuously improve campaign performance and stay ahead of the competition.
- Generate regular reports and dashboards to track KPIs, provide insights, and make data-driven recommendations for campaign optimization.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales and Account Management to align digital marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience managing Google PPC and Meta advertising campaigns, with a focus on generating ROI for businesses.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field or equivalent work experience
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Google Local Service Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Proficiency in analyzing campaign performance data and using analytics tools (Google Tag Manager, Databox, Google Looker Studio etc.) to derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex concepts to stakeholders at all levels.
- Detail-oriented with a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making.
- Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to evolving digital marketing trends and technologies.
- Google Ads and Meta advertising certifications.
