LHH Recruitment Solutions is looking for a Brand Manager (Bilingual) for a global food company with a rich heritage, focused on creating authentic flavors for kitchens worldwide. The team in Southern California is seeking talented individuals to join as they grow our digital business.
This role will be responsible for managing and enhancing the brand through effective brand management, public relations, and innovative branding initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth across retail and foodservice markets.
This is a Direct Hire, Full Time position, under a W2. This position will be onsite during first 90 days then run on a Hybrid schedule in Southern California.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that enhance brand awareness, loyalty, and equity.
- Oversee all aspects of brand marketing, including consumer insights, brand storytelling, creative development, and collaboration with brand ambassadors and endorsers.
- Implement public relations strategies to boost brand visibility and credibility.
- Lead branding initiatives such as advertising campaigns, promotions, and events.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance, adjusting strategies to optimize brand equity and business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Global Marketing, and Corporate Affairs, to ensure cohesive execution of branding efforts.
- Manage branding budgets, ensuring efficient and timely use of resources.
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in brand management and public relations.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required Education, Skills, and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, public relations, or branding in consumer packaged goods,
- Experience within the food industry or at a Fortune 500 CPG company or CPG advertising agency is HIGHLY preferred.
- Proven success in developing and implementing brand strategies that drive business growth.
- Strong understanding of brand management principles and best practices.
- Experience working in multinational corporations, with skills in change management within a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate business goals into effective marketing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Good understanding of financials and the budgeting process.
Language Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills in English.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese is required.
Salary Expectation: 130,000k - 170,000k (negotiable)
