Senior Manager Digital Analytics-
Hybrid- 2 days every fortnight- work from Office in East Hanover, New Jersey
You will be responsible for:
- Delivery: Lead cross-functional teams to pilot and implement Omnichannel, with a specific focus on digital channels and data, client solutions focusing on client satisfaction.
- Lead engagements pertaining to any of the Omnichannel and Digital Data Strategy areas like Measurement Frameworks, Translating Omnichannel Objectives into Digital KPIs and setting aligning benchmarks, Digital Performance Reporting & Insights, Market Mix Modeling, Digital Data Strategy, Paid Media data processing & standardization
- Develop innovative analytical solutions to address specific business questions and optimize marketing strategies across various stages of the pharmaceutical product lifecycle.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients in a compelling and understandable manner, leveraging storytelling and data visualization techniques.
Client Relationship:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within pharmaceutical client organizations
- Act as the primary point of contact for client interactions, understanding their business objectives, and translating them into actionable analytics projects.
- Collaborate closely with clients to identify opportunities for value creation through data-driven insights and recommendations.
Team Leadership and Project Management:
- Lead a team of analysts and consultants, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive high performance and professional development.
- Build and implement internal digital education training programs to enable both analysts and managers to effectively execute digital and omnichannel engagements
- Oversee the execution of digital analytical projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations, timelines, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts within the team and across departments to address complex client challenges effectively.
Business Development and Growth:
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new client engagements.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define the strategic direction of the Pharma Commercial Analytics practice and drive initiatives for revenue growth and market expansion.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and emerging technologies to continuously enhance the value proposition offered to clients.
Your impact:
About you:
- 8+ Years of Digital and Omnichannel Data Strategy, Analytics and/or Insights Experience
- 5+ Years of hands-on experience working with Paid Media (specifically digital channels and tactics) campaigns
- Solid understanding of both digital marketing strategy as well as digital measurement, analytics and insights
- Experience in the Pharma domain (strongly preferred) or another regulated industry
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SA 360, DCM, Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Excel, Tableau, and PowerBI.
Must have:
- Experience translating digital marketing goals into measurable KPIs and metrics
- Understanding of the underlying business rules and nuances of processing digital data to align with KPI/metric definitions
- Expertise in developing & delivering monthly digital marketing or omnichannel reporting that effectively communicates performance trends while also identifying optimization opportunities
- Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and delivering impactful digital analytics solutions to drive business outcomes
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Proven ability to frame a business issue, design the right solution, and deliver results.
Nice to have:
- Media Agency or Media Publisher/Vendor experience
- Social Listening experience
- Relevant experience on tools such as R, SQL, Python
