Collaborating closely with clients and account teams, you will manage and optimize campaigns across various platforms, ensuring effective ad placements and spending. Your expertise in Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics, and Meta will be essential in analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing strategic recommendations to enhance our clients' online presence. Additionally, you will mentor and manage junior team members, staying ahead of industry trends and technologies to deliver outstanding results for our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE
- Work directly and hand-in-hand with the Director of Digital to provide the best possible digital service offerings to our clients.
- Collaborate with clients and account teams to develop comprehensive paid search and social marketing strategies.
- Create, monitor, and optimize paid search and social campaigns using Google Ads, social media platforms such as Meta, and analytics tools.
- Analyze campaign performance, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Stay updated with paid search and social media trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
- Assess paid media analytics against KPIs using Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
- Utilize Google Ads Editor and other tools to manage paid search campaigns efficiently.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Stay updated with paid search trends, new technologies, and best practices to enhance client strategies.
- Prepare detailed monthly and quarterly reports summarizing campaign results and insights.
- Craft recommendations for clients highlighting growth opportunities. Assess paid media analytics against KPIs using Google Analytics, internal reporting and agency reporting, and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Craft recommendations for clients that highlight future growth and development opportunities.
SKILLS DESIRED
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of digital media management experience.
- Proficiency in paid search campaign management and social media campaign management across multiple platforms for B2B and Lead Gen clients.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and ad platforms.
- Google Ads Search, Display, Analytics, and Video Certified.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with Google Tag Manager and eCommerce platforms is a bonus.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Meta Certification is a plus.
- Experience managing team members.
