The Head of Marketing will shape and execute marketing strategies to differentiate our products and services, gain a competitive advantage, and drive value growth. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B industrial marketing, with expertise in strategy development, market analysis, customer engagement, and data-driven decision-making. This role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and a focus on digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for differentiated products and services
- Create value propositions and marketing plans for targeted market segments
- Identify and capitalize on market expansion opportunities
- Foster customer engagement and improve customer experience
- Drive digital transformation and optimize marketing channels
- Cultivate strategic partnerships to amplify our reach and influence
- Lead a team of marketing analysts and leverage competitive intelligence

Qualifications:
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience in industrial companies
- Experience in building materials or similar industries
