Our healthcare client needs a CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join their team for a full-time, direct hire role.
In this exciting opportunity the CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist will be responsible for implementing and coordinating multi-channel personalization and content delivery programs for the enterprise and business units.
Responsibilities:
The CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist's key responsibilities will include:
- Implement and coordinate the strategy personalization and dynamic content
- Assist with development of service line campaigns and marketing assets such as landing pages, forms, emails, and e-newsletters; query segmentation; QAing and putting into production in the CRM/ MA ecosystem and integrated platforms such as deploying forms on owned websites
- Work with the creative and content teams to develop newsletters for the client's customer base and work with field marketing team on customization
- Recommend more efficient ways to deliver multi-channel, personalized consumer experiences and apply best practices efficiently across all campaigns by leveraging the capabilities of the D365 and Sitefinity platforms including global application, tokens, snippets, each platform’s dynamic capabilities, and artificial intelligence
- Ensure seamless, multi-channel user experience and tracking between our marketing assets and web properties
Skills/Qualifications:
The ideal CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist has:
- BA Degree and 2+ years of experience
- Familiarity with acquisition and retention marketing, marketing campaign execution, including segmentation and building nurture campaigns within a marketing automation and CRM system
- Demonstrated competency with MS Dynamics 365 required, Salesforce a plus
- Comfortable with ambiguity and working in a large, diffused, highly matrixed environment
