McKinley Marketing Partners' client is looking for a web coordinator to join their team for a 12+ month, W2 contract opportunity. This position will report to the digital product and web management team. You will assist in publishing and maintaining the content on the website.
Candidates must reside in the DC area as this position is on a hybrid schedule. All of McKinley's roles include a competitive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Assist with publishing and maintaining content on the website
- Work with the team to select digital asset collections for the website
- Coordinate with the Web Producer, Web Editor, and other team members regularly, ensuring the tasks are prioritized, organized, and scheduled
- Assist with Quality Assurance testing of the website
- Perform other related duties as requested or assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in applicable areas
- 2+ years of digital or web coordinator or specialist experience
- Working knowledge of computer applications, including those involving: spreadsheets and Google Docs
- Working knowledge of web site usage
- Well-organized and strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience and ability to work harmoniously with a wide range of people
- Self-motivated; ability to accomplish tasks with minimal instruction
