Concrete Foreman Job Requirements:
Previous experience running a concrete crew
Work a minimum of 40hrs a week with possibility of overtime
Osha 30 Hour or be able to get Osha 30 Hour
Travel is required for certain projects
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test
Concrete Foreman Job Responsibilities:
Have abiility to run a job site according to all safety policies and procedures of Acha Construction
Able to lead multiple concrete crews on different jobs effectively
Must be able to create a work plan for all employees under your supervision
Ability to read and interpret plans (Blue prints)
Is able to execute the task at hand in a timely manner
Must able to track projects and fill out all types of paperwork on company issued iPad
Spanish speaking preferred but not required. Our schedule is Monday through Thursday 10 hour days. Some projects require overtime on Friday. No weekends.

Pay: $39.34 - $47.86 per hour
