- Full-time perm position
- Mon-Thurs 8:30 am- 5:30 pm and a half a day on Friday
- Outpatient clinic
- Working with a team of Physicians and APPs
- Must have at least 1 year experience in Family Medicine
- OR license in hand or in proces and active DEA
