Senior Influencer and Activations Manager – USA

MacGregor Black is partnered with a leading consumer goods brand on the search for a Senior Influencer and Activations Manager. This is a permanent role based in the USA.
As a Senior Influencer and Activations Manager you will be responsible for accelerating brand growth in the US market, setting strategic direction through influencer marketing, and designing strategies for key retail activations. In the role, you will report directly to the Brand’s General Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a critical US market liaison, facilitating communication, planning, and execution between commercial, marketing and finance teams.
- Collaborate with a global marketing team to shape creative ideas for social & influencer campaigns to drive momentum and engagement.
- Develop strategies for organic and paid influencer activities including activations for product launches and strategies to build long term equity and products.
- Shape cross-brand partnerships to drive brand equity, awareness, and adoption.
- Operate as the lead connector within the company, managing introductions to key community leaders, influencers & communications agencies, and managing cross-brand agency partnerships.
- Setting & managing the influencer budget to deliver ROI and annual brand revenue targets.
- Lead brand building efforts for the portfolio, refining the US strategy and elevating brand experiences to build and strengthen strong consumer connections.
- Implement large-scale events, gifting strategies, and develop long-term ambassador partnerships.
- Drive & Monitor Business results – setting and tracking KPIs, monitor competitors, and share insights.
What are we looking for?
- +6 years’ experience in health and or beauty marketing with focus in influencer marketing.
- A track record in building and scaling new brands via community and influencer strategies.
- A strategic thinker with a "make it happen" approach.
- A proven ability to build key relationships and a community of loyalists.
- A deep understanding of organic brand building.
- Experience in US campaign development across multiple touchpoints.
- A strong communicator and cross-functional collaborator.
- Creative and adept at developing and maximizing reach of engaging content.
- A self-starter with the ability to multi-task and clearly manage through ambiguity in a new strategic role within the organization.
