Location: Hybrid in Torrance
Candidates should be skilled at working with Technology teams and launching on new site features and expertise in Conversion Rate Optimization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and lead the e-commerce strategy, driving revenue growth and enhancing brand presence in the luxury market.
- Strategize and execute digital marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Oversee the optimization of the online store, focusing on user experience, conversion rates, and customer retention.
- Utilize advanced analytics to measure performance metrics, identify insights, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.
- Champion SEO and SEM initiatives to increase organic traffic and drive sales conversions.
- Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in senior-level e-commerce management within luxury or high-end consumer goods sectors.
- Demonstrated experience in strategic planning, campaign management, and digital marketing execution.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in leveraging data to drive business decisions and optimize performance.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, capable of influencing stakeholders and driving cross-functional collaboration.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
