JOB SUMMARY:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Influencer Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing holistic paid influencer partnerships and strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. They should have a relationship-first mindset, helping to engage influencers in meaningful and unique ways. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and creative marketing professional with experience at brands that prioritize influencer marketing as a part of their marketing mix.

CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE + ABILITIES:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media, or digital marketing.
- Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns from a brand awareness and revenue driving standpoint.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer marketing trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and cross functionally as part of a team.
- Proficient in using marketing tools and analytics platforms (Shopify, Asana, Creator IQ)
- Highly analytical and able to evaluate and optimize paid partnerships against key KPIs (CPM, CPV, ROAS, CAC, etc.)
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Experience with budget management and financial planning.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong demonstration of building and maintaining meaningful relationships with influencers.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive influencer marketing strategies.
- Identify, outreach, and build relationships with key influencers with a key focus on aligning with brand tentpole moments.
- Design and execute creative campaigns that align with overall marketing goals.
- Campaign Management:
- Plan, manage, and execute paid influencer marketing campaigns from start to finish.
- Serve as the main point of contact with influencer agency to ensure we are tracking to brand and business goals.
- Write all briefs, create all links and codes for each campaign in a timely fashion.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize future campaigns.
- Relationship Building:
- Cultivate and maintain influencer relationships through personalized outreach, eventing, gifting, and consistent communication.
- Ideate unique, personalized product seeding ideas for top tier target influencers.
- Content Creation:
- Oversee the production of high-quality content for influencer campaigns.
- Collaborate with the content and creative teams to integrate influencer content into broader marketing strategies.
- Work with the Sr. Director of Paid Partnerships to identify and coordinate influencer content to be used for Paid Media.
- Analytics and Reporting:
- Track, analyze, and report on the performance of influencer and affiliate marketing campaigns using relevant KPIs.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve campaign effectiveness.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the influencer and affiliate marketing budget, ensuring campaigns are cost-effective and deliver ROI.
- Negotiate rates and contracts with influencers and affiliates when necessary.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with the content, social media, and brand teams to integrate influencer strategies into broader marketing initiatives.
- Work closely with the product development team to align influencer strategy with new product launches.
- Work closely with the finance team on the influencer budget strategy.
- Event Management:
- Work closely with the broader marketing team to execute brand events that involve influencer partners. This includes but is not limited to creating guest lists, influencer outreach, gifting, set up, content capture, and more.
