As Director of Digital Marketing at Canter Power Systems, you will play a vital role in the growth of our direct to consumer (DTC) business. You will own our digital paid media & SEO strategies, web analytics, web development roadmap, and web optimization efforts across an expanding portfolio of brands!
This role is Hybrid and is based in Central North Carolina (Greensboro Headquarters) or Tampa/St. Petersburg/Clearwater (Florida Headquarters).
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). MBA a plus. Experience in home services or multi-location marketing preferred.
· 10+ years of relevant digital expertise
· Proven experience in paid media advertising, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns
· Proficiency in advertising platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other relevant tools
· Expert level understanding in google analytics and web demand generation channels
· Passionate about web funnel optimization
· Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights
· Excellent communication and client management skills
· Adept at multitasking and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
· Achieved previous success in SEO efforts
· Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and deliver thought leadership

Your Responsibilities:
Digital Advertising
· Lead Paid Media strategy and execution across evolving portfolio of brands
· Deliver demand growth targets across key digital channels including PPC, Meta, Display, and Online Video
· Manage and align various agencies; hold partners accountable to platform and campaign performance targets
· Direct digital content development strategy and implementation efforts
Analytics
· Lead Google Analytics and web performance evolution; bring GA data to life through paid, owned, and earned traffic measurement and its performance through the web funnel
· Implement and maintain proper Google Tag Management across the enterprise
· Measure success beyond the digital session to appointment funnel, track results through the sales cycle and leverage results to inform top of funnel activities
SEO
· Deliver best in class SEO performance through traditional SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
· Streamline Google Business Pages review gathering process, leverage strong review performance across digital properties
Site Optimization
· Own enterprise performance of web session to lead & appointment conversion
· Drive culture of A/B testing across all digital channels
Web Development
· Manage web development agency and budget
· Lead development and creation of new web properties, pages, and architecture; leverage experience to build best in class home service web UX
· Deliver technical excellence on key web performance metrics including site speed, load times, up time, and other integrated systems performance
Collaboration
· Partner closely with Marketing, Martech, Sales, and IT functions to deliver integrated web journeys across core systems and automation platforms
· Collaborate with business channel owners to design and deliver required partner digital journeys
Other
· Possess strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms and journey development
· Keep up to date with emerging technologies and solutions
· Build strong relationships with internal and external business partners
· Manage brand level budgets across all paid media, web development, and SEO activities
