We deliver world-class audio services through creativity, innovation, and technology. Since 2005, we've been doing this for global advertising, content creation, and post-production clients who rely on us to provide an exceptional level of service.

We are based in the UK, the US, and Europe and our 10 recording studios in Central London are a center of excellence. The Role & Person We Are Looking For
You’ll have solid experience of working in a similar B2B marketing role that has delivered brilliant results.
Ideally you’ll love audio and have experience in the media, audio or advertising industry, having either worked for a media/creative/digital agency, a media owner, platform, production company, studio or similar.
You’re confident and full of ideas. You’ll have a strong track record of delivering successful B2B marketing strategies in a business that’s growing with huge ambitions.
You’ll understand what channels we need to reach our audience and you’ll be across all the latest trends, you’ll know what works and how to analyze results and provide insights to our wider team.
This is a hands on role so you aren’t afraid to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in. Although you will be working with other internal departments and be supported by a team of creatives, designers and developers to support you.

Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the UK Head of Marketing you will help implement a successful long term marketing strategy.
Essential Requirements
- A high level of experience in:
- Implementing successful marketing campaigns in B2B businesses.
- Generating compelling content to build brand awareness in the US marketplace and generating new business leads.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key trade press publications.
- An understanding of all channels including Linkedin and other social media platforms, events, thought leadership and targeting verticals.
- Analyzing campaign analytics.
- Providing insights to our wider team.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends.
- Working with other internal teams to deliver distinctive marketing.
- A positive mental attitude and growth mindset.
- Must be eligible to work in the USA.
Bonus Points
- Experience of working directly in the audio industry.
- Fluency in other languages.
Working hours /requirements
This is a greater NYC area part time role that will require between 16-20 hours per week spread over 4 days. At times you will be required to meet with the East Coast team based in NY. Those hours are up for discussion so it would suit someone wanting to combine an exciting and challenging role with other personal commitments.
Salary and Benefits
- $65k - $72.5k full time salary depending on experience. This is a part time role so the salary would be pro rata accordingly.
- $500 per month contribution to company medical insurance policy.
- Basic Life Coverage
- 401K policy
- 25 days paid vacation (plus USA public holidays and 3 days between Christmas and New Year when the business is closed).
- We aim for the whole team to meet up every quarter as a minimum in New York.
