- Full-time Permanent Position
- Monday - Friday Schedule, 8 A.M. to 5 P.M. (Flexible scheduling and Hybrid options available)
- Duties include outpatient duties of seeing new and established patients for initial visits, medication management, and follow-up care (The majority of patients are adults)
