Job Purpose
We will train you to become a Field Service Technician. You'll be responsible for providing technical maintenance and support for our customers in the field. We'll equip you with the knowledge and skills to troubleshoot and repair Multi-Function Printers and scanners, conduct preventive maintenance, and deliver top-notch customer service. Compensation Range
$20/hr - $27/hr Depending on experience!

Field Service Technician Job Tasks
1. Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair copiers, scanners and multifunctional printers (MFPs) in customer locations
2. Perform regular maintenance and inspections to ensure the proper functioning of all machines
3. Respond quickly to customer calls and requests for service
4. Investigate customer problems and provide the best solution
5. Install and configure new hardware and software as needed
6. Provide on-site training to end users
7. Maintain inventory of spare parts and supplies
8. Document customer information, service calls, and machine history
9. Stay up-to-date with new products and technologies
Requirements:
Field Service Technician Preferred Qualifications
- Be a self-starter (We love go-getters!)
- Have a valid driver's license & a dependable vehicle (Because teleportation isn't a thing yet.)
- Be mechanically inclined (If you can fix a toaster, you're halfway there.)
- We'll teach you the rest!
Performance Review
Performance will be reviewed on a periodic basis. An annual performance review will occur discussing historical performance and future planning and strategy.
Compensation details: 20-27 Hourly Wage
