Join Dynamic Chiropractic and Physical Therapy in helping to build a new therapy program! You will have the opportunity to create Standard Operating Procedures and Manage your own department! Our outpatient multispecialty office includes Chiropractic Care and Massage Therapy which offers treatment for a variety of spine and joint disorders as well as general health & wellness. In this role, you will plan and administer medically prescribed physical therapy and help to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent or limit permanent disability. Essential Functions
Assesses patient condition, establishes goals, treatment and care plan in conjunction with patient, family, and physician
- Reviews physician's referral/prescription and patient's condition and medical records to determine physical therapy treatment required.
- Tests and measures patient strength, motor development, sensory perception, functional capacity, and respiratory and circulatory efficiency and records findings to develop or revise treatment programs.
- Plans and prepares written treatment program based on evaluation of patient data.
- Administers physical therapy treatments (including home instruction) within scope of physical therapy practice appropriately and monitors patient responses to such treatments.
- Evaluates effects of treatments at various stages and adjusts treatments to achieve maximum benefit.
- Documents findings, treatments, responses and progress in patients charts according to clinic guidelines.
- Ensures that appropriate treatment is performed in interdisciplinary fashion, consulting with physicians and other departments about the impact of PT factors on patient health status.
- Serves as information/education resource for patients, families, and staff.
- Supervises and assists with student observation and clinical rotation if applicable.
- Supervise PTAs within the clinical setting
- Assist in marketing and promotional efforts and events as needed.
- Participates in in-services and other company meetings.
- Maintain smooth running of the clinic to meet company policies.
- Must have background in PT billing procedures for Commercial Carriers and Medicare Plans.

Requirements:
- Physical Therapy Degree and one year experience preferred.
- New graduates with related training in Management are encouraged to apply.
- Must possess a Physical Therapy License in the state of practice.
- CPR certification (preferred)
