Job Summary: As a Social Media Specialist at DreamCatchers Inc., you will play a pivotal role in shaping our online presence and engaging with our community. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing social media strategies, creating captivating content, and monitoring performance metrics to ensure the success of our brand in the digital space.
Duties:
- Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including but not limited to:
Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns.
- Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Proofread and edit social media content for accuracy and clarity.
- Assist with video editing, photography, and other multimedia tasks as needed.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media platforms.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide reports on performance.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices.
- Proficiency in digital marketing techniques and strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong proofreading skills.
- Basic video editing skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce principles is a plus.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Experience in social media content creation.
- Proficiency in content writing and creation tools (Canva, Adobe Photoshop, etc.).
- Passionate about social media with a focus on sourcing, vetting, and pitching influencers.
- Deep knowledge of major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
- Familiarity with online marketing strategies and channels.
- Ability to identify and act on future trends in digital technologies.
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and analytical skills.
- Team player.

- Strong writing skills for crafting captions, posts, and blogs.
- Solid social media experience with a robust online presence.
- Customer service skills for effective customer engagement.
- Design abilities for creating appealing visuals.
