Marketing Associate

Requirements:
· 1-2 years of traditional marketing experience preferably at a marketing or communications agency or consumer products or technology organization, not much of designs focused.
· Have strong organizational, project management, and multi-tasking skills
· Possess the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
· Possess excellent cross-collaboration skills in working with internal colleagues and external partners
· Proficiency in Windows or MacOS and experience using productivity apps: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Asana Project Management software experience is a bonus.
Responsibilities:
· Ship product samples to licensing partners.
· Maintain tracking of sample requests.
· Communication with external partners such as licensors on request and shipment status.
· Submit marketing asset creative requests via Asana tool.
· Plus other projects as assigned.
Hours: minimum of 25 - 30 hours per week
