Our client is looking to bring on an Ecommerce Coordinator with experience in Ecommerce Content.
This opportunity would be a 6 month contract role. This would be a hybrid onsite role in Manhattan (NYC).

Manage the NPL and CI process across all product categories:
- Attend creative brief meeting
- Submit e-comm creative requests via asset request list (site assets, email assets, product page assets)
- Field questions from copy/creative on submitted requests
- Review all e-comm assets upon delivery and provide feedback to ensure strong content and storytelling
- Put forth e-comm content strategy slides in Go-To-Market 360 deck that outlines the strategy for the entire program
- Work with regional online teams to ensure markets are set up for launch success
- Collect learnings from the regions to influence future asset request lists
- Facilitate all new product set-up information through detailed sku list and field market questions
Hero product business acceleration:
- Elevate and prioritize hero storytelling & site experience as part of NPL and always-on workstreams
- Work with global copy, creative and marketing to continuously optimize storytelling on the PDP to ensure messaging is strong and accurate. Then work with production team to implement any necessary updates.
- Work with Content Director to assess content metrics and learnings to develop content strategy season to season
- Cascade new updates to regional online contacts: copy updates, image updates etc.
Build strong relationships with cross-functional partners:
- Manage campaign planning milestone calendar and properly cascade timelines across teams to ensure there is visibility and transparency
- Partner closely with global product marketing and consumer marketing teams through monthly statuses to translate product concepts into meaningful consumer-centric campaigns
Build high-touch online experience:
- Work with digital experience team to enhance site merchandising, aid in consumer purchase decision, and optimize content.
- Partner with InRiver PXM team on uploading new products into the tool for onboarded markets
- Facilitate communication with InRiver PXM team on proper product attribution and categorization
