16 ORs , 4 ORs, and 3 endo suites at ASC
Care team model: 1 in 4 medical supervision
Case mix: tons of ortho, designated stroke center, complex neuro cases, no OB.
For call - some flexibility in what shifts are picked up. Pager is 30 minute callback radius.
Takes 60-90 days to credential
