No holidays, no Call. Please provide your availability. Also provide your start date availability. Types of Cases: ENT, General Surgery, GI Endoscopy, GYN, OB, podiatry, orthopedics, healthy pediatric, robotics, urology, vascular (no CT or Neuro) Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted WA license OR Compact License
- Board Certified CRNA
- Clean Background/Malpractice/NPDB
- AHA Certifications: ACLS; BLS, PALS preferred
- Provide up to date CV with response to posting
EMR: Cerner Credentialing Timeframe: 45-90 days Travel & Lodging provided with some max limits Malpractice Insurance provided Rate: $225/hour
