Our client, a family-owned, family-run wine & spirits company is seeking a motivated Marketing & Communications Manager with extensive experience in maximizing exposure for lifestyle brands through media placements, social media planning, and influencer programs.
Key Responsibilities
Media Relations
- Source and leverage media opportunities across the portfolio, prioritizing US-based media outlets and influencers.
- Build and maintain relationships with traditional media and channel owners to benefit from the latest thinking and innovation.
- Manage the development of key press materials including press releases, media alerts, and talking points.
- Secure international media interviews and feature stories, product/sample/image requests.
- Drive influencer relations to secure PR opportunities for all brands.
- Monitor and analyze ROI to ensure the effectiveness of media strategies.
Digital Marketing
- Drive digital and social presence for the portfolio.
- Deliver marketing campaigns from inception to delivery.
- Utilize digital marketing knowledge to support PR and communications objectives.
- Ideate on the development of brand social channels, planning and executing the social media elements of integrated communications plans.
- Ensure social activity is timely and integrated with paid activity.
- Provide analysis of reporting metrics to guide optimization and future campaigns.
- Work with content creators and the in-house content team to create engaging multimedia content.
- Create digital marketing initiatives that grow and engage an online audience.
- Ensure all activity generates a measurable impact in growth and PR.
Brand Management
- Link brand and sales to fulfill commercial objectives, maintaining the flow of information between the brand and the internal sales team.
- Manage and build relationships with talent to diversify the ambassador network and raise the profile of all brands in the portfolio.

- Entrepreneurial spirit, ambition, drive, and business acumen.
- Bonus Experience: Expertise in SEO, SEM (Google Adwords or FB Ads), and Paid Social Media.

- The Marketing & Communications Manager will report to the Marketing & Communications Director.
