Responsibilities
Develop a robust overall strategy, framework, and execution tactics for an IR roadmap that ensures Mondee is well positioned with analysts, investors, and stakeholders.
· Work closely with our Finance, Product, Marketing and Legal teams, etc. to build an understanding of Mondee’s business and assist in the development of a communication strategy and materials
- Maintain a deep understanding of the market activity, keeping the CEO, CFO, Board, and C-Suite up to date with any relevant information surrounding financial trends, competition, shareholder issues, and anything else that may potentially impact Mondee and its shareholders
- Help create presentations, press releases, and other communication materials for earnings releases, industry events, and presentations to analysts and investors.
Help coordinate investor conferences, investor roadshows, earnings conference calls, financial press releases, and investor meetings.

Qualifications
· 10 years of investor relations, corporate finance, equity research, investment banking experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a financial leadership position.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; MBA preferred.
· An in-depth understanding of global financial and investment markets, with established relationships in the investment community.
- Strong grasp of SEC laws, securities disclosure requirements, and filing requirements
- Experience in the travel space is a plus
