Account Executive / Marketing Manager

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Manager to join our team and help expand our Medicare home health services in the Iredell, Burke, and Catawba Counties. You will play a crucial role in developing and managing relationships with referral sources to promote our services.
Responsibilities:
- Generate referrals for home health services by building and nurturing relationships with physicians, long-term care facilities, independent and assisted living communities, and other community resources.
- Conduct market analysis to develop and execute effective sales strategies, set goals, and create action plans.
- Perform sales calls and evaluate the results and effectiveness of sales activities.
- Support business development efforts and foster strong relationships with new and existing referral sources.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- At least two years of recent sales experience in the healthcare industry, preferably within home health care.
- Formal sales training.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales and marketing plans.
- Proven track record of achieving referral goals in the market.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Established healthcare contacts and strong networking abilities within the community.
