Senior Marketing Operations Manager
On-site 2x per week, midtown Manhattan
Compensation: $100,000 - $120,000 base salary, plus bonus

We are hiring a Senior Marketing Operations Manager to own marketing operations and automation for our team. The right candidate will have a proven track record of driving growth and engagement through effective program and workflow management. Advanced HubSpot proficiency is required, as well as proficiency within Google Analytics.
What will I be doing in this role?
- Managing all technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to enhance user experience and support specific sales and marketing processes and goals.
- Overseeing data integrity through data import management, data validation rules, data cleansing and de-duping, reinforcing standards and conventions with other users.
- Leveraging HubSpot to create and deploy campaigns, landing pages and other assets.
- Evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance and efficiency.
- Creating and distributing monthly web traffic reports to key internal stakeholders. - Drawing insights from report data and making recommendations accordingly.
- Managing and maintaining all web forms and deploying tactics to improve our form conversion rates.
- Training and onboarding teams on how to utilize HubSpot CRM and email marketing tools.
- Owning accuracy and efficiency by testing workflows.
- Collaborating with HubSpot technical team on custom actions as well as troubleshooting.
What experience do I need to have for consideration?
- HubSpot Academy Certifications or advanced proficiency in HubSpot, particularly HubSpot Marketing, is required. HubSpot Sales and Service Hub is a plus.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics is required.
- 4-5+ Years of experience managing CRM and/or email marketing in a B2B capacity
- Hands on experience with integrating CRM systems with other software programs
- A curious mind who is excited by the opportunity to problem solve where established solutions don't exist.
- A strong relationship builder and communicator who can understand and support a variety of teams.
- Highly organized with excellent project management and time management skills to build and optimize effective workflows.
- Comfortable working in an entrepreneurial & fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytics skills.
