Title : Digital Marketing Specialist

Pay Rate: $46/hr on w2
Description:
• Work Schedule: 35 hours/week

Responsibilities
- Coordinate marketing calendar and content production across team
- Manage project timelines and ensure deadlines are met
- Project management for marketing emails (built and sent by University’s CRM team)
- Apply and adjust design for projects using existing InDesign templates
- Use Photoshop to resize, crop, and make other basic edits to images
- Pull and segment data from alumni and donor database (Advance/Qlikview)
- Use data to create and test variables for personalized and effective outreach
- Track key metrics like open/click rates, conversions and report on results
- Write, proofread, and copyedit content for marketing emails and other projects
- Other duties as assigned
