The Benefits Coordinator serves as the primary point of contact for the client service process. We are willing to train an ideal candidate in the deep industry knowledge necessary to be successful in this role. We are seeking technically proficient individuals with a demonstrated aptitude for customer service. The position will answer participant and employer questions which may include issues with their benefit plan enrollment, payment or invoice and plan documents. This person must also be able to think critically and independently, while helping the customer with a positive, professional demeanor at all times. Our benefit coordinators do not do any sales calls at all, this is a true customer advocate and service position in the growing and challenging benefits field.
